Asset Protection: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Carries out responsibilities that support facility security staff and monitors access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, and emergency evacuations plans. Addresses health and safety hazards, conducts audits, creates audit reports, and maintains emergency contact information. Partnership & Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and management methods. Delivers project activity and supports process updates, solving simple business issues, and demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit. Data and Digital Literacy: Knowledge of data collection modes, tools, digital applications and systems, and data governance. Gathers, interprets, and reports data; analyzes data and creates reports; leverages technology for transactional activities; reviews data for completeness and applies data quality checks; suggests automation opportunities. EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies and lifecycle. Supports training programs, solicits feedback, utilizes training lifecycles, maintains repositories of benchmarks, and explains processes to contractors. Influential Communication: Knowledge of verbal/nonverbal communication and relationship-building. Organizes thoughts, presents to teams, utilizes data to support results, actively listens, and builds professional networks. Process Improvement: Supports implementation of process improvement strategies, understands key processes, identifies gaps, suggests improvements, and participates in investigations and root cause analysis as appropriate. Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Demonstrates awareness of regulatory requirements, implements Walmart environmental policies, and promotes environmental considerations within the organization. Operational Excellence: Understands organizational processes, SOPs, and OBW. Explains functions, clarifies department roles, and identifies primary operational activities and how to read SOP/OBW information. Compliance & Work Ethic: Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; completes tasks, communicates progress, and adapts to change.
