5+ years of professional experience in a Presales/Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business, translate, and configure applications to meet business needs Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills Self Starter with a curious mindset, resourceful, and solutions oriented Strong presentation skills; storyteller The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers (integrations) Excellent technical and problem-solving skills Job Responsibilities

Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software to explain our products or services to prospects and customers Discuss and explore needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support before and during calls Listen to customers\' technical requirements and relay feedback to product for development Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company\'s products and services Job Benefits
