Marketing Traffic Coordinator
We're looking for a detail-driven, deadline-obsessed Marketing Traffic Coordinator to keep our creative projects moving and our team on track. This role is the hub of communication between Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional partnersensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day flow of marketing projects from kickoff to completion. Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met. Serve as the central point of contact between marketing, creative, and other internal departments. Communicate clearlyboth verbally and in writingto follow up on deadlines, provide status updates, and escalate roadblocks. Maintain project management tools, calendars, and reports to keep leadership informed of progress. Coordinate revisions, feedback, and approvals across multiple stakeholders. Support campaign launches by ensuring all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule. Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 2+ years of experience in marketing, creative services, or project coordination. Strong organizational and time management skillsyou love a good checklist. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for follow-up and diplomacy. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with project management or workflow tools A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to anticipate what's next.
