Overview As a

Sales Account Executive , you'll take full ownership of the revenue cycle from identifying prospects to executing contracts, selling a market-leading ERP solution to businesses in the engineering and construction sectors. You won’t be starting from scratch: our established client network, active marketing programs, and tight-knit sales-to-delivery handoff give you real leverage from day one.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic referrals, and industry networking

Own every stage of the sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution

Lead product demonstrations and in-depth discovery sessions with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Navigate objections, negotiate deal terms, and drive opportunities across the finish line

Partner with marketing and implementation teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience

Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide consistent progress reporting against revenue goals

Continuously build your knowledge of Acumatica, the broader ERP landscape, and competitor positioning

What We're Looking For

2+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience with direct exposure to ERP platforms, ideally Acumatica ERP

A verifiable history of hitting or surpassing quota in a full-cycle sales role

Proven outbound prospecting ability - you know how to generate pipeline, not just manage it

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that hold up in front of CFOs and operations leaders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (OTE = 2x base after ramp)
