Our client is seeking a
Human Resource Generalist – Labor Relations
to support their HR team in
Elkhart, Indiana . The Human Resource Generalist will focus on employee relations, labor compliance, and supporting leadership with workplace policies and HR best practices.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities • Support
labor relations matters , including employee concerns and workplace investigations • Assist leadership with
employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy guidance • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations • Maintain HR documentation and assist with disciplinary processes when needed • Partner with management to support a positive and compliant workplace environment
Human Resource Generalist Qualifications • 2+ years of HR experience with exposure to
employee or labor relations • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally
Human Resource Generalist Compensation •
Salary:
$48,000 – $52,000 annually •
Location:
Elkhart, IN •
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM EST 100% On-site
