Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

Job Description The superintendent of construction will oversee project documentation to allocate workers and resources effectively. This role involves generating project schedules for both ongoing and upcoming projects, ordering necessary products for daily jobs, tracking daily production, and mentoring and training carpenters, foremen, and project engineers on site. You will use Microsoft systems for data entry, coordinate and conduct daily crew meetings, assist in various construction duties, and operate heavy equipment when necessary. The position requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds throughout the day on the job site. Responsibilities Review project documents to allocate workers and resources.

Generate project schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Order necessary products for daily jobs.

Track daily production.

Mentor and train carpenters, foremen, and project engineers.

Utilize Microsoft systems for data entry.

Coordinate and conduct daily crew meetings.

Assist in all construction duties as needed.

Operate heavy equipment when necessary.

Lift up to 70 pounds throughout the day on the job site.

Essential Skills Construction management

Construction supervision

Commercial construction

Project management

Additional Skills & Qualifications 10 years of experience in carpentry as a foreman or project engineer overseeing a crew of 40+.

Certified in OSHA 30, Telehandler, Scissor lift, and Boom lift.
