Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Escrow Officer, located in Katy, TX. The Senior Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing escrow accounts, conducting closings, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating residential real estate transactions in accordance with company standards and compliance regulations. The role involves coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure seamless and timely transaction processing.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing Closings, Escrow processes, and related documentation
Notary Public certification or eligibility to become a Notary
Extensive knowledge of Residential Real Estate practices and procedures
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
Previous experience as a Senior Escrow Officer or similar role is preferred
Pay is based of experience and book of buisness.
