Responsibilities
assessments and management of collection portfolio, including evaluation and forecasting provisions, classification based on the clients performance and financial assessment, supported by credit risk analyst as well as possible scenarios evaluation
future cash flows predictions and assessment on the collection portfolio
support restructuring and credit decision-making processes on managed portfolio
monitoring external collection providers on collection efficiency and process realisation as per agreed strategies
develop and refine collection strategies and frameworks for different markets
perform data analysis to improve collection strategies, scenarios and NPLs management efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position (credit risk area)
B.S. or Master\'s Degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, mathematics, econometrics or related
Fluency in Polish and English is a must (other European languages considered a plus)
Good analytical and communication skills
Team player, ability to build good interpersonal relationships and like to work in close partnership with the people in the business
Ability to work in a dynamic team
Good knowledge of SQL
