Overview
Join Farmers and Merchants Bank as a Part-Time Retail Banker Teller Closer in Prairie Grove, AR. This onsite position combines customer interaction with essential banking services. You will assist customers with their financial needs and help build lasting relationships in a professional, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and accurately process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
Balance cash drawer and manage electronic transactions with precision.
Assist clients with account management while complying with banking regulations and internal safety protocols.
Engage with customers and colleagues to promote banking products and services and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Support daily operations on a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
Attention to detail and good mathematical skills for cash handling.
Problem-solving mindset and professional demeanor; ability to represent the bank in every interaction.
Willingness to learn and adapt to our culture of integrity and safety; strong organizational skills.
