Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, with the ability to provide one-on-one patient care Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients and team members Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and prioritize patient needs Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with acute care or rehabilitation environments Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations Advanced certifications or specialization in orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric therapy Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient care settings Recent hands-on experience providing direct patient therapy, ideally in a fast-paced environment Other Requirements:
Ability to start immediately with a commitment to 8-13 week contract duration Flexibility to work 8- or 10-hour shifts, with rotating weekend coverage (approximately 30-50% of weekends), based on your availability Willingness to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with evaluation blocks primarily in inpatient/SWB Certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred; must adhere to all applicable licensure and legal requirements Reliable transportation for potential travel as needed Compensation for this role is $60.30 per hour, with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure reimbursement, travel expenses when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
