Director of Food & Beverage
to lead and elevate all dining and event operations at our private golf club. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a multi-outlet operation, build a strong team culture, and deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests. What Youll Do
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of the clubs dining and beverage operations, including: Full-service clubhouse restaurant and bar Snack shack and beverage cart operations Banquets, tournaments, and private events Youll be responsible for: Leading, training, and developing a large, seasonal team Driving service excellence and consistency across all outlets Managing day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach Partnering with the events/sales team to execute successful functions Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization What Were Looking For
Proven leadership experience in food & beverage (private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality preferred) Strong operational and financial acumen (budgeting, labor management, cost controls) A lead from the floor management style Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused Comfortable working 5560 hours per week, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
