Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Jonesboro, AR. The Senior Associate Director for Enrollment Outreach will lead strategic enrollment initiatives, oversee outreach efforts, and develop partnerships to enhance student recruitment. Responsibilities include designing and implementing outreach campaigns, managing admissions counselors to create territory management strategy, coordinating Welcome Ambassadors and Welcome Center visit experience, and analyzing enrollment data to identify trends and opportunities. The candidate will also collaborate across departments to foster student engagement and meet enrollment goals. Qualifications
Experience in Admissions, Enrollment Management, and Student Outreach Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills Experience with Data Analysis, Slate CRM software, and enrollment reporting tools Proven ability to manage and supervise teams effectively Strategic thinking and project management skills Proficiency in event planning and execution Ability to work collaboratively in a higher education environment Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in related field preferred Experience in higher education admissions or equivalent field is highly desirable
