Medical Device / Implant Sales Representative

We are looking for a
Medical Device / Implant Sales Representative
to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing sales and field activities of assigned medical device and implant product groups, while building strong and sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell assigned medical device and implant product lines
Plan and manage sales activities in line with defined targets and budgets
Conduct regular field visits to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
Provide technical product information and on-site support when required
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and report findings to management Actively participate in congresses, trainings, and promotional events Follow up on post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Must Have
Associate degree (2-year higher education) or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Engineering, or related fields)
Strong understanding of healthcare sector dynamics and field sales processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong planning, follow-up, and reporting abilities Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license Proficient in MS Office applications
