This is not a traditional retail associate position. This is a consultative design sales role within a deliberately managed, performance-oriented environment.
With a focus on structured opportunity and measurable performance, we provide a commission-based environment supported by a guaranteed weekly base pay of $800 and significant earning potential. First-year incomes typically range between $55K–$65K, with over half of our consultants earning $70K+ annually. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brick, NJ, for a Design Sales Consultant. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored furniture and design solutions. The consultant will also manage pipeline activity and follow-up through CRM systems, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets in alignment with company goals. Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Consulting. Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences and maintain relationships. Strong Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively. Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a performance-focused environment. Relevant experience in sales, interior design, or consulting roles is an asset. Willingness to work on-site at our Brick, NJ location.
