Real Estate Recruiter
to join their team. This is a
non-selling role
focused on
recruiting, attracting, and supporting real estate agents . You’ll play a key role in growing the team by building relationships, sharing the company’s values, and helping agents succeed.
Relocation Relocation to Connecticut is required (assistance may be available for the right candidate).
Responsibilities
Recruit, attract, and support real estate agents
Build relationships and share the company’s values
Help agents succeed and contribute to team growth
Compensation
$100,000-$120,000 OTE
Recruiting and profit share bonuses
Paid Time Off (PTO)
