What you can expect:
Economic and technical development of our housing stock together with our responsible commercial real estate managers (m/f/d) and janitors (m/f/d)
Preparatory planning of major maintenance and modernization measures, including with the involvement of specialist planners and, if necessary, handover to colleagues (m/f/d) in technical project management
Budget responsibility for ongoing maintenance
Monitoring of ongoing maintenance measures, including management of janitor deployment, also with regard to public safety obligations
Processing of warranty defects in the role of client (m/f/d)
Tenant service in technical matters, approval of tenant-owned technical equipment, conclusion of maintenance contracts, property inspections
Communication and correspondence with external and internal stakeholders
Your background:
Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a construction technician (m/f/d) or real estate technician (m/f/d), preferably also a degree in architecture or civil engineering Professional experience in technical building management, ideally with a focus on residential real estate Confident handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience in using a planning tool is an advantage Communicative and decisive personality who enjoys working in a team and dealing with tenants and external cooperation partners Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working, always with an eye on current guidelines and legal regulations What we offer you:
