Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing matters Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary transaction materials Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients, lenders, and outside counsel Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value, fast-moving deals Responsibilities and Opportunities
