Reporting to the Lead Frontend Developer, the

Digital Content Coordinator

is responsible for executing, managing, and maintaining digital content across brand platforms for CELSIUS®, Alani Nu, and Rockstar. While Alani Nu operates a direct-to-consumer Shopify storefront, this role supports content needs across multiple digital touchpoints, including Shopify and WordPress, campaign landing pages, and other digital and media channels. Full-Time, Hourly Requirements Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a digital content, web production, or content operations role. Hands-on experience working in Shopify or a comparable CMS (e.g., WordPress) or eCommerce platform. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple content updates and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with digital content QA best practices, including cross-browser and responsive validation. Working knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and content compliance considerations. Comfortable working within structured workflows, ticketing systems, or project management tools. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience working with content tracking, ticketing, or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana). Preferred: Experience supporting both DTC and non-DTC brand content. Preferred: Experience with content governance, legal review workflows, or regulated industries. Key Responsibilities

Execute digital content updates across brand platforms, including Shopify storefronts, WordPress sites, campaign landing pages, and other digital and media channels, while maintaining an organized content calendar. Implement content updates for product information, promotions, launches, and campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Support content deployment within established development and QA workflows. Coordinate cross-functionally to gather content inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure deliverables meet brand, legal, accessibility, and compliance standards. Execute change management processes by logging and tracking production updates through ticketing systems, coordinating cross-functional requirements, and escalating requests as needed. Perform quality assurance on content updates to identify and resolve issues related to formatting, links, accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment. Maintain content documentation, trackers, and versioning to support transparency and operational efficiency. Assist with content audits and cleanup to ensure outdated or inaccurate content is identified and addressed. Support continuous improvement of content processes, templates, and best practices across brands and platforms. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
