Kforce seeks a UI/UX Developer with at least 6 years of experience to create intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible user interfaces. You'll collaborate with development teams to build mock-ups, prototypes, and production-ready UIs using React.js, Vue.js, HTML5, JavaScript, and other modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, 508-compliant web interfaces and style guides
• Build mock-ups and prototypes for intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with users and teams to understand use cases and ensure a consistent look and feel
• Review user feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement
• Oversee all visual design efforts and maintain style guides
• Guide, mentor, and coach team members, leading projects to successful completion
• Ensure compliance with project management and release management standards
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes with appealing graphics, icons, and color schemes
• Research user needs and system enhancements
• Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions

Tech Stack: React.js, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, Git, and other relevant UI/UX and front-end tools

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of UI/UX development experience
• Strong portfolio of responsive, accessible web applications
• Experience with modern UI/UX design tools and front-end frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
