Telephone Recruiter / Account Executive (Part-Time)

Permanent part-time position with daytime hours (no weekends). Local candidates train in our Mahwah, NJ office and can eventually work from home. Starting wage of $25-$33/hour depending on experience (higher pay rate reserved for candidates with specific experience recruiting financial advisors). As an Account Executive, you’ll contact advisors to present career opportunities available at our clients’ firms. With a strong focus on outbound dialing (approximately 40-50% of your day), it’s not easy, but it’s challenging and rewarding. No wonder so many of our AEs have been with us for so long! Has an outgoing personality, is conversational, perceptive and a strong active listener. Unfazed by rejection, determined to secure appointments and accountable to take ownership of challenges. QUALIFICATIONS: Able to think on your feet – we don’t use scripts! Ability to work independently and manage client relationships. MS Office proficiency. CRM experience is a plus.
