About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Specialist. We are looking for someone who LOVES creating content that builds community. You’ll own our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and be responsible for bringing them to life through thoughtful, fun, and on-brand content. You’re someone who has strong creative instincts, moves quickly, and knows how to turn ideas into posts. You are energized by creating, posting, engaging, and continuously making our social community better. You’ll also own the day-to-day management and growth of our channels. That means paying attention to what’s working, leaning into it, and always looking for ways to improve. What You’ll Do Bring Tubby Todd’s social presence to life across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Execute our organic social strategy while keeping content fresh, fun, and aligned to our brand Plan and manage our social content calendar Create platform-native content: videos, photos, captions, graphics (using tools like iPhone, CapCut, Canva, Splice etc.) Craft engaging copy and captions Turn community stories, product education and brand moments into content that resonates Be obsessed with our community and engaging with care, personality, and consistency Stay on top of trends, sounds, and cultural moments and know how to make them feel like Tubby Todd Work cross-functionally with creative, community and customer experience teams to bring launches and campaigns to life on social Keep our brand voice consistent across every post Jump in front of the camera when needed and feel confident directing others to create contentHelp us test new ideas, formats, and content styles to keep our channels growing What We’re Looking For 2-4+ years of experience managing high-engagement social media channels, ideally for a DTC or CPG brand A strong intuition for what works on social and the ability to quickly adapt to trends Excellent at creating and editing short-form video (TikTok/Reels) and platform-native content Comfortable filming, editing, and occasionally being on camera A thoughtful, personality-filled writer who can embody the Tubby Todd voice Highly organized and able to juggle multiple ideas, deadlines, and projects at once Someone who genuinely loves engaging with people online Equal parts strategic and detail obsessed Experience with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, iMovie or Adobe Creative Suite Experience in baby, beauty, wellness, or mom-focused brands is a plus Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferredSouthern California based with the ability to be in-office 3 days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
