Through innovative programs, partnerships, and advocacy, we support older adults and their caregivers at critical moments—making a meaningful difference every day. We are seeking a creative, collaborative, detail-oriented Visual Content Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our three-person Communications and Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants to use their skills to create work that matters. Position Overview The Visual Content Specialist & Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping how The Senior Source reaches clients, donors and the broader community. This position is responsible for concept development, design, and execution of visual content across print and digital platforms. Working closely with the Vice President of Communications and Marketing—and in collaboration with internal partners—this role supports agency programs, events, and growth goals through thoughtful, engaging, and on-brand visual storytelling. Responsibilities Design clear, engaging and professional collateral tailored to specific audiences, including potential and current clients, donors, partners, and volunteers Create general agency design assets for print, web, email and social media Develop print and digital advertisement assets, event flyers, signage, and presentations to support program and agency growth Collaborate with other marketing team members and the agency’s public relations firm to create compelling social media posts, reels, stories, as part of a strategic content calendar Partner with consultants (PR firm, marketing agencies, videographers) on special projects including video content, annual impact reports and special events Assist with ongoing website page updates Support photography and videography projects and manage the archiving process of visual assets in SharePoint. Create and maintain a centralized resource library and photo bank of branded materials for staff use Manage inventory of printed materials and proactively reorder collateral as needed Qualifications Hardworking, organized and mission-driven team player Four-year college degree in design-related field strongly preferred.
