The Cincinnati Tennis Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development through sports-based education. Role Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Lead Coach to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring individuals of all skill levels, including beginners, performance players, and participants in adaptive programs. Daily responsibilities include organizing and leading tennis and pickleball sessions, providing individualized coaching, fostering community engagement, and collaborating with educators to integrate athletic and academic programming. The Community Lead Coach will also play a key role in assisting with events and fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Qualifications

Coaching and teaching skills, particularly in tennis and/or pickleball

Ability to engage with youth, including adaptive sports and players with diverse skill levels

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities

Experience in event organization and community building

Commitment to the mission of using sports and education to empower youth

Knowledge of sports-based education programs is a plus

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it

Relevant professional certifications or playing experience strongly preferred
