Description Of Job
Serves as primary point of contact for customers and affiliates in LATAM region. Enter and maintain customer orders via SAP. Works directly with customers and affiliates providing detailed and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily correspondence with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Purchasing, Labeling, Logistics, Quality, Regional Marketing Managers (RMM) and toll manufacturers to determine production availability. Arrange movement of material with freight forwarders. Daily review of orders to ensure proper pricing, promise dates, delivery dates, ETD, ETA and forecasting information. Coordinates and analyzes all regional OTD and tree loss data for weekly and monthly reporting. Main contact between Logistics and affiliate on transit times, ETD and shipping delays.
Principal Responsibilities
Entry and maintenance of sales orders via SAP system; includes standard orders, credits, debits, returns and quotes Invoicing of sales orders; commercial invoices and proforma invoices Coordinate with freight forwarders on freight quotes, documents, ETD, ETA and booking documents Direct contact for affiliates on order status, promise dates and order updates Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the appropriate tools Review product availability via SAP MRP system Monitor daily open order report for assigned region Run month end reports to ensure invoicing has been completed Uploading documents to the Valent web portal Monitor general Customer Service email inbox and voicemails Lead weekly meetings with affiliates, with presentation material generated by Power BI and PowerPoint to review on-time metrics, process times, PO matching and discrepancies Leads strategic analysis of weekly/monthly tree loss analysis Develop and lead standardization of tree loss analysis, views, and messaging Delivers monthly OTD, tree loss and key risks to regional business managers Follow set work instructions and provide valuable feedback for change to improve inefficiencies Effectively communicate with internal and external customers Effective oral and written communication skills Other duties as assigned
Experience
3+ years of related experience Proficient in SAP, Excel, Power BI International customer service and export experience a plus Fluent in Spanish mandatory Education: Preferred associate degree OR equivalent experience
