Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience Skills in Customer Support and effectively resolving customer inquiries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a client-first approach Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently Knowledge of the insurance industry or prior experience is a plus Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus
