Role Description
SyRES Properties is seeking a Senior Director of Facilities to oversee and manage facilities operations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Senior Director will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing facility operations, and ensuring facilities comply with safety and efficiency standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising facilities teams, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities to optimize operational performance for SyRES Properties' portfolio. Qualifications
Strong skills in Facilities Operations, Facility Management (FM), and Preventive Maintenance. Proven leadership and Supervisory Skills to manage teams and contractors effectively. Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight of facility-related expenses. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus. Experience managing multifamily properties or residential real estate assets is highly desirable.
