Territory Sales Representative (Remote – Northern California) Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion within an assigned territory by building strong, long‑term customer relationships and delivering value‑based sales solutions. This is a remote, home‑based position, ideally located in Northern California. What You’ll Do
Drive sales growth, profitability, and account penetration across your assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business Promote and sell products using a consultative, relationship‑based sales approach Demonstrate products and guide customers toward solutions best aligned with their needs Manage a mix of distributor and direct end‑user accounts Own territory sales goals, including revenue, margin, and expense targets Develop and present clear, compelling proposals and pricing for prospective and existing customers Research and identify new prospects and growth opportunities within the territory Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales leadership, accounting, logistics, and technical teams Analyze market potential and customer value to prioritize growth opportunities Create and manage customer value plans highlighting sales trends and expansion opportunities Provide leadership with insights on customer needs, competitive activity, and market trends Stay current on product applications, technical capabilities, and industry developments Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Next steps
