Summary The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for combining data analysis with strong business acumen to identify opportunities for sales growth, while also leading and supporting sales performance reporting to inform strategic decision-making. The Sales Operations Analyst will identify key trends and work with management to develop and run initiatives that support optimized Sales execution.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert on Market, Products, Sales and Customer data
Verify data from multiple sources; compile, review and analyze data
Lead & monitor sales data & reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities, and provide feedback in search of analytical-based recommendations/solutions.
Track and analyze key metrics specifically related to pipeline growth/health and sales performance
Run ad-hoc analyses to identify and recommend innovative options to drive business strategy
Constructively challenge current methods to identify areas of improvement and deliver improved results
Identify root causes and drive corrective actions to improve company performance
Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally to accomplish activities and exchange complex information
Proactively report product performance to internal stakeholders and make recommendations for future financial forecast adjustments based on performance and strategy
Knowledge of records and data management: best practices; tools and technology support systems.
Strong analytical and project management skills
Minimal supervision needed; can run with new assignments

Ability to move freely throughout the facility
Ability to sit for long periods at a time
Ability to lift, carry objects of up to 25lbs
Miscellaneous Requirements
BS/BA degree + a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field
Marketing, Sales Operations, or sales planning and forecasting experience
Experience in the commercialization of pharmaceuticals is desired
Understand business drivers and have a framework-driven process of analyzing business problems and developing solutions
Pride yourself in knowing where and how to get data and being able to determine the veracity of that data
Have strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical team-members
Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial dynamic environment; hands-on, shift altitudes easily, multi-task
Have strong Excel skills
Maintain a strong attendance record
Must be able to pass screening, drug test and background check. Adhere to company’s drug-free workplace policies.
The hiring range for this position in Camarillo, CA is $32.69 to $36.06 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of other health and welfare benefits.
