What to Expect
Provide positive, customer-focused support while managing inquiries and building relationships with utility customers
Support sales and marketing teams through quoting, order processing, and lead follow-up
Drive revenue by identifying new opportunities and strengthening channel-partner relationships
Manage the full quotation-to-order cycle, ensuring accurate pricing and timely execution
Collaborate with factories and aftermarket teams to fulfill customer needs
What is Required
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience in proposal or quote development, sales support, or order administration
General knowledge of power transmission and distribution products/systems
Previous experience with business-to-business customer support
Candidates must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Empower and SAP tools
Strong background in sales support or order administration
Familiarity with electrical products and installations
Previous experience in a customer-focused role within the utility sector
Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
