The Sales Manager leads a unified sales organization spanning Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, and Account Executives. This role drives predictable, profitable growth across a growing and diverse product portfolio ranging from core ISP services to advanced, high-technology solutions. The Sales Manager is responsible for building the processes, disciple, and sales culture required to support a scaling organization while ensuring strong customer alignment and consistent execution.

Duties Will Include, But Not Necessarily Be Limited To

Sales Team Management Lead daily operations for the sales team, ensuring consistent follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and field-generated opportunities. Develop quotas, sales plans, and campaigns in alignment with go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Coach and train team members in prospecting, customer engagement, objection handling, and sales execution. Enforce sales stage criteria and forecasting standards to improve pipeline quality and predictability. Review weekly performance updates covering activity levels, pipeline growth, and forecast accuracy.

Strategy & Planning

Design and implement a standardized weighted forecasting model with weekly rollups Establish predictable pipeline performance benchmarks and performance targets. Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including customer segmentation, coverage models, and quota settings. Build and maintain the forecasting framework using weighted pipeline methodology, historical conversion trends, stage aging, and pipeline waterfall analysis. Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews highlighting performance drivers, risks, and mitigation actions. Perform quarterly territory and quota recalibration and guide strategic planning to address funnel gaps.

Pipeline & Forecast Management

Establish and enforce CRM data hygiene standards and clearly defined stage criteria. Manage pipeline coverage across teams, proactively identifying gaps and adjusting tactics as needed. Facilitate weekly forecast submissions and pipeline risk reviews, addressing aging deals and stalled opportunities.

Multiline Revenue Leadership

Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of products ranging from core ISP services to advanced high-technology solutions through targeted programs and differentiated account strategies. Set strategic objectives, sales plans, and revenue targets for each product line. Collaborate with Marketing to design targeted campaigns aligned to product mix and customer segments. Partner with Service Delivery to align capacity, implementation timelines, and customer readiness. Lead RFP and contract response efforts across multiple product and solution areas.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-line or multi-segment sales organizations, with demonstrated expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization. Experience in process design, performance management, and profitability optimization. Strong people-management and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate KPIs and drive performance through data. Effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to adapt to change and lead within a scaling sales organization. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for forecasting, pipeline management, and data accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint,and SharePoint. Experienced with outbound dialers, lead-generation tools, or sales planning platforms (industry standard). This position requires approximately 10-15% travel with some overnight stays. Must be eligible for work in the USA. Valid WA State driver’s license and insurable driving record. Pre-employment and ongoing drug screenings. Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range: $75,000 - $115,000 per year, plus commission based on individual and team sales performance.

Salary ranges are based on available market data for the business sector and geographic location. This position is eligible to earn quarterly/annual performance-based bonuses tied to established metrics.
