Our company is structured in a Business Domain Verticals. Our EMEA CTO Team is looking for a Retail & CPG Subject Matter Expert to join our global community of talented experts. You will play a key role in scaling SoftServe’s Retail & CPG vertical by translating strategy, market insight, and client needs into concrete offerings, client engagements, and repeatable assets that address critical business needs. Working closely with the Head of Retail & CPG, you will support pursuits (in partnership with sales and solution teams) and build trusted partnerships with client senior stakeholders, shape solutions, and help industrialize domain expertise into scalable propositions. IF YOU ARE A Retail & CPG SME and leader with a proven track record leading Retail & CPG products/services/offerings/accelerators to the market in software development/digital services An expert in Retail & CPG with demonstrated experience leading technical and business challenges across Retail & CPG segments A specialist with a minimum of 5+ years of applicable Retail experience Experienced with custom application development, IT consulting, Cloud, Big Data, AI, digital platforms, or digital services in Retail Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including rolling GTM, initiation of new Retail offerings/products, market qualification, defining targeted clients, and helping Business Development and Marketing Teams to properly shape and sell offerings to the market An adept at opening new market sub-segments and building high-quality relationships within the Retail network (Client Senior Stakeholder) versus taking a transactional approach Familiar with varied services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional service company Connected with Retail vertical and having an existing network to promote SoftServe’s capabilities Showing executive presence and public speaking skills; being able to deliver a key-note speech at Retail Industry events globally An expert in Retail Market deep-dive challenges and possible solutions and offerings on how to address them through digital services A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and earns credibility through empathy and substance AND YOU WANT TO Work with Retail & CPG Team (both local EMEA CTO and global CTO teams) to grow selling rate of SoftServe’s offerings and accelerators and to open new revenue streams Driving the development of new Retail & CPG offerings/accelerators which will target and address Retail challenges with a laser focus Validating/identifying and building relationships with all key individuals within Retail Community and a client’s organization (Client Senior Stakeholder) Delivery, pree-sales, inside sales, and marketing teams in generating a new Retail Pipeline TOGETHER WE WILL Drive SoftServe’s Retail & CPG Vertical, GTM to open new business lines and revenue streams using processes and new methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Retail & CPG Team, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, and Account Management) to effectively grow Retail Practice Contribute to Retail & CPG GTM and Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews Generate extra revenue stream through repeatable Retail & CPG offerings and accelerators Leveraging network, targeted planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives Present SoftServe’s value propositions and offerings to market in general, events, prospects, and new clients SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
