Sheet Metal Fabricator/Lead role

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in a metal shop environment who is comfortable working across multiple fabrication machines and contributing wherever needed on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate fabrication equipment including press brake

Interpret blueprints and specifications to produce accurate parts

Measure and inspect components using standard tools (calipers provided)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Support team operations and shift between workstations as needed

Maintain strong attendance and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Comfortable working with multiple machines and processes

Team-oriented mindset with flexibility on the production floor
