Installation: Measure, cut and install custom cabinest, ensuring the proper fit, level, plumb and secure placement. Blueprint Reading: Interpret and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and design specifications accurately. Finishing: Perform final touches, including hardware installation (hinges, handles) and minor adjustments. Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, adhering to all safety protocols. Quality Control: Inspect work for defects, ensuring it meets high-quality standards and client expectation. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve installation issues or challenges on-site. Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in custom cabinet installation or fine woodworking. Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, routers, drills, sanders). Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and cabinetry construction. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (often required). What we Offer
