Responsibilities
Navigate multiple systems to access and update customer accounts. Follow all Risk, Compliance, and authentication procedures. Protect sensitive customer information at all times. Accurately identify and resolve issues including declines, limits, payments, billing, disputes, fraud, rewards, and account updates. Clearly communicate resolutions and next steps to customers. Maintain accuracy, understanding major errors may result in disciplinary action.
