Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Requirements
Previous experience in a parts counter role or similar environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems is preferred.
Nice to have
Experience with inventory management software.
Technical background in automotive repair or service.
Certification in automotive parts management.
