Job Details The Order Processor provides administrative and operational support for quality‑related processes, including performance tracking, reporting, and coordination of internal and external feedback.
Hours 1st shift, Monday-Friday
Job Requirements
Review daily shipment log and monitor inventory
Communicate with commercial clients via email and phone
Input orders into company system
Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
Track shipments and update master list
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
Communicate delivery updates with sales team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working in a wholesale environment
2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
Bilingual: Spanish (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Data entry experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
