Parts Specialist
in Brockton, MA. This is a critical role supporting both customers and internal service teams by keeping parts moving accurately and efficiently. What you will do
Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and orders Identify parts for Develon, Yanmar, ASV, Ammann, and related equipment Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts fulfillment Order parts from vendors and track incoming shipments Receive inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Process returns and warranty-related parts Maintain clean and organized parts storage areas Use inventory and dealer management systems to track activity What we are looking for
Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with inventory management and control High attention to detail and organization Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, automotive, or similar industries preferred Experience with inventory or dealer management systems is a plus Pay: Competitive pay based on experience Equipment East is a full-service heavy equipment dealer supporting construction, landscaping, and industrial customers across New England. We represent Develon, Yanmar, ASV, Ammann, and additional leading equipment and attachment lines.
