A leading mechanical services provider specializing in HVAC, Boiler/Burner, and complex mechanical systems is actively seeking an experienced
HVAC Estimator
to support continued growth across Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC professional looking to transition into or continue growing in estimating, client management, and project oversight—while staying close to the technical side of the industry. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients Conduct site visits to evaluate facilities and system needs Design HVAC and boiler solutions and develop accurate project estimates Prepare and present detailed project proposals Manage awarded HVAC and boiler projects from design through completion Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and budget standards are met Identify opportunities for additional services and system upgrades Qualifications
10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC field experience Working knowledge of major HVAC brands such as Trane, Carrier, York, etc. Proven ability to estimate, scope, or manage HVAC/boiler projects Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills Solid computer proficiency Valid driver’s license High school diploma or GED required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Competitive base salary plus commission Vehicle allowance with gas card and Fast Pass Company-provided cell phone Medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and ongoing training Family-oriented work environment with growth opportunities
