Role Summary + Essential Responsibilities: Successfully develop and manage new xEV and ICE automotive power electronics and electric drive systems business opportunities from NA OEMs and T1 partners. Conduct effective communication between customers & internal global teams. Manage programs from RFI/RFQ quotation, product development, product launch, and RMA and Warranty handling. The product line responsibilities include OBCM, DC/DC converter, Traction inverters and motors, and Charging infrastructure equipment. Engage with customers to develop new business opportunities and obtain RFI/FRQs. Coordinate RFI/RFQ responses to assure completeness of documentation required. Handle key customer day-to-day business activities including support role of attending PDTs and continue to build on existing relationships. Manage account interactions and other electronic communications as required Assist Taiwan PMs with project activities and communication between the customers in USA, local and global sales/program manager, engineering and manufacturing team in Asia Coordinate effective electronic external commercial communication for OEMs & T1s Support in quotation process, confirming business terms, and managing contracts Track EV market trend, develop strategy and provide monthly and annual sales report Open issue list (OIL) tracking Strong sales role experience in automotive Tier-1 companies Strong electronic data management sales discipline and skill set Strong systems knowledge with OEMs and Tier1 suppliers Highly self-motivated and results driven Excellent communication skills in written and verbal Organized, responsive, and effective time management Proactively solve the problem, attentive to details, and follow through Sales experience with GM programs is a plus Team player with collaboration spirit and interpersonal skill Able to adopt global time zone meetings Hard working, Analytical, Presentable & Amiable personality.
