Sales Specialist – Biomolecules & Advanced Therapeutics A growing life sciences company is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive commercial growth across its Biomolecules and Advanced Therapeutics portfolio in Central Europe. This is a field-based role focused on developing business across key mainland European markets, particularly DACH and Switzerland, with additional opportunity in Franc and Italy. The portfolio supports customers in drug discovery, biopharma, and biomolecule purification, including applications such as plasmid, viral vector, antibody, and protein purification. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new opportunities through to closing business and growing customer relationships. This is a specialist, hunter-style role suited to someone who enjoys building a territory and creating momentum in underdeveloped markets. You will work closely with a wider European commercial and technical team, including sales, applications, and product colleagues, to support customers and grow revenue across the region. What they’re looking for Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or similar Sales experience in life sciences, biopharma, or laboratory technologies Knowledge of protein, antibody, plasmid, or viral vector purification Strong commercial drive and ability to win new business Confident relationship builder with a consultative sales approach CRM experience, ideally Salesforce Opportunity to shape and grow a key European territory Strong support from commercial, technical, and product teams Visible role with genuine scope for progression Apply Please get in touch with your CV to learn more.
