The Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing event logistics by sourcing rentals, specialty labor, entertainment, and outside services while supporting event installations and timelines. This role ensures events are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards through strong vendor coordination, financial tracking, and cross‑functional communication. The STARTING RATE:
$22.00 hourly The Day-to-day
Hire specialty labor, entertainment and photography for assigned event projects; coordinate the installation of small events Secure rentals coordinate rental load-in/out and setup/breakdown; monitor rentals for damage and handle return shipments Work with Event Services team to provide additional onsite support for large scale events, and coordinate installation and tear down of the demo room for client presentations and tours Anticipate and solve creative, installation, and/or timeline issues in conjunction with management to meet deadlines Stay current in design trends and vendor offerings; expand vendor base to grow new products Prepare Purchase Orders for services, distribute and close when complete, and verify invoices for payments Generate Profit/Loss statements for review and close project for invoicing Communicate project status and timelines with internal departments, clients and vendors to maintain satisfaction Actively promote MREP within the company and the events industry The Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of prior relevant experience required Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required The Perks & Benefits
