Manage and maintain client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial processes Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for improvement or growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service Proficiency in basic computer systems and office tools Additional Information
