This is a full-time, on-site Parts Counter Representative role based in Evansville, IN. Responsibilities include assisting customers and service technicians with parts inquiries, processing orders, and handling shipping and receiving tasks. Additional duties include maintaining inventory control, ensuring accurate records for stock levels, and supporting sales by identifying and recommending suitable parts and products. High-quality customer service and effective communication are at the core of this position. Qualifications
Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control processes Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively Sales skills with a focus on identifying and recommending appropriate solutions Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle on-site responsibilities effectively Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is a plus
