Overview
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and that our services operate seamlessly. Responsibilities
Managing all incoming client communications, including phone calls and general inquiries, to provide timely and helpful assistance. Performing accurate data entry and diligently maintaining client profiles within our dedicated system. Conducting thorough inspections of bridal gowns prior to cleaning, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and preparing them for service. Coordinating effectively with clients regarding their orders, providing updates on progress, and efficiently processing payments. Executing daily routine tasks, which include essential sewing and minor alteration work to meet client needs and maintain service quality. Qualifications
