Pay Rate: $24.00/hr (W2)
Contract: 1 year (potential for extension or permanent placement)

The Opportunity
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Contract Lifecycle Specialist
to support contract execution and pricing operations. In this role, you'll ensure accurate and timely contract data management while partnering with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, and Credit. You'll play a key part in maintaining contract integrity, improving processes, and delivering a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Execute contract data entry (pricing, terms & conditions) into CLM/ERP systems Act as a data steward for contract and pricing information Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Credit) Monitor contract lifecycle activities to ensure compliance Identify and resolve data quality issues Maintain records for renewals, amendments, and terminations Manage downstream processes related to contract execution Ensure accuracy and integrity of contractual commitments Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of contract, analytical, or related experience (or advanced degree) Preferred Skills
Experience with contract/pricing systems (SAP, Agiloft, GDC, etc.) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
