# Outside Service RepresentativeFull-TimeFrederick, COService//Outside Service Representative## DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Outside Service Representative to maintain existing business relationships and develop new relationships to expand our service business. In this position you be representing Freightliner and Western Star.**WE OFFER A FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING:*** Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* Life (Voluntary and Employer Paid) and Disability Insurance* 401(K) with company match beginning with your first contribution.* HSA and/or FSA, as applicable* Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Company Paid Holidays* Employee Car Discount Program**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Regularly call on established accounts to assist with customer relationships and sell Boyer Trucks products and services.* Establish and qualify new accounts.* Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.* Regularly travel within designated territory.* Maintain familiarity with all vendor products.* Maintain daily contact with major accounts assigned to you.* Complete tasks within the designated budget for travel and entertainment.* Additional duties as assigned.**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:*** Activities require a full range of motion including handling, lifting, manual dexterity, finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.* Position requires standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.* Position requires the occasional ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.* Position requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.* Must be able to regularly get in and out of vehicle's.**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.* Ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days.* Ability to work independently and with a group.* Ability to travel.* Proven ability to develop relationships and close sales.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Detail-Oriented* Ability to successfully complete a general abilities assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*** Truck and/or mechanical experience or knowledge is preferred.**JOB DETAILS:*** Type: Salary $70,000+ Commission* Bonus Eligibility: Yes* Reports To: Service Director* Shift: 1st* Closing Date: Open Until Filled#TW #J-18808-Ljbffr
