MARKETING & CONTENT COORDINATOR-- MARINE INDUSTY (OAHU) Reliable Marine Hawaii is a full-services marine dealership and repair facility based on Oahu, specializing in Yamaha Outboards, Volvo Penta engines, Highfield Boats, marine generators, and vessel repair services. For over 10 years, we have built a reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and high-quality service, earning a strong presence and being 5-star rated among Hawaii’s boating community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator who can take our content and help showcase the real work we do every day at our shop and on the water. This role is ideal for someone who: Takes initiative and doesnt need constant direction Can move fast without sacrificing attention to detail Is comfortable in a hands-on, real-world environment (not just behind a desk) What You’ll Be Working On
Creating/Organizing social media content featuring boats, engines, and service projects Managing and scheduling posts across social platforms Assisting with marketing campaigns tied to boat sales, engine & parts sales, and service work Updating website content and product pages Supporting promotional campaigns and sales initiatives Taking photos and short videos of projects, boats, and shop activity Assisting with email marketing and customer outreach campaigns Helping grow brand awareness for Reliable Marine Hawaii What Success Looks like
Consistent, high-quality content being published weekly Increased engagement and visibility across platforms Clear support of sales efforts (boats, engines, parts) Organized and up-to-date marketing channels Ideal Candidate
3+ years experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation Comfortable creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Experience with photo/video editing tools Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects Must have some understanding of the marine & boating industry Bonus Skills
