Serve as the first point of contact to engage with potential new clients including CEOs, Presidents, and other executives. Use cold-calling, emailing, and social-messaging to secure new business conversations with for-profit companies. Leverage outbound prospecting resources (Salesforce, external sources, social media, news alerts, etc.) to contact executives. Maintain outreach, a sales territory, and the calendar of the assigned Sales Director. Participate in onboarding, 1:1 training, team meetings, and professional development. Help the Sales Director manage the sales pipeline and achieve annual revenue goals by engaging prospects through the sales cycle. Share best practices by leveraging relationships with other associates. Meet weekly/monthly goals for meetings and activity metrics. Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree preferred; all majors accepted. 0 - 2 years of work experience; leadership, sales, professional, or internship experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Persistence in contacting potential clients and comfort with rejection. Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure. Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Readiness for a professional environment with a desire to grow a career in sales. Digital acumen a plus, particularly in using social media and email campaigns. Location

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $68,000 per year, comprised of a base salary of $50,000 and a variable uncapped commission of $18,000 when 100% of goals are achieved. Base pay is contingent on knowledge, skills, and experience. Our base pay range is determined by the role and the market.
