The
New Property Launch Concierge Support Specialist
provides day-to-day administrative and project-based support to the Retail Sales Department team, including but not limited to data gathering, presentation creation, document creation and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and track retail and new build properties including bundles. Submit marketing tickets and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and Launch team to ensure seamless communication until completion. Coordinate with Leadership on rep assignment to properties and manage updates to WIKI. Manage all ACLF properties with scheduling consultations in Office Track. Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team by maintaining team trackers and performing outbound calls to schedule consultations. Manage rate Code Review’s. Ensure all marketing material are accurate, which includes Survey Letter’s, Addresses in Office Track and bundles and rates match rate sheet in Amdocs. Attend Launch Kick Off Meetings- Communicate to property/board the consultation process, provide product information, and assist with resolving complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Attend and participate in sales team Meetings, Launch and Construction Calls and weekly Property Review’s with Area Launch Team. Support and track all properties in emerging markets. Collaborate with marketing specialists to develop materials for sales, conferences and other needs that may arise. Compile operations data and reporting on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis. Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure our White Glove Service promise. Other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Some college preferred; minimum high school diploma or its equivalent required Demonstrated ability and a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Senior Level executives Exceptional aptitude with business correspondence, telephone skills, computer expertise including research and data analysis Accessibility to a reliable internet connection. Ability and flexibility for local travel up to 25%. Must be able to drive and have a clean non-restricted driver’s license in their assigned market. Must be highly effective in two-way communication to include written, verbal and telephone skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, work under stress and be able to multitask Advanced computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Prior work experience in Telecommunications or other service provider company helpful but not required
