Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to provide a thorough cleaning/sanitizing service for customer restrooms, kitchens and other applicable areas. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis by cleaning and sanitizing restroom surfaces with customized cleaning equipment; driving a company-owned step van to multiple customer stops; lifting and carrying sanitizing equipment; growing the route by selling additional products to current customer accounts (soaps, air fresheners, toilet tissue and paper towels); ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and proactive problem solving; cleaning and maintaining sanitizing equipment and the interior of the vehicle. Responsibilities
Provide cleaning and sanitizing services for assigned customer locations on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Operate and maintain a company-owned vehicle and cleaning equipment; transport equipment to and from customer accounts.
Sell additional products to current customer accounts, including soaps, air fresheners, toilet tissue and paper towels.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests; engage in proactive problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of sanitizing equipment and vehicle interior.
Build rapport with assigned routes and customers to support ongoing service needs.
Skills/Qualifications
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High school diploma, GED or Military Service
Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork-based environment to meet goals
A positive attitude, ambition, organizational skills and a service orientation
Requirements
Active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation regarding previous employment
Preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Customer service experience
